Sandal RUFC

Hello and welcome to Sandal U10's (Year 5) for the 2024/25 season.

Training takes place every Wednesday between 6pm and 7pm, currently at Dewsbury Rams. Matches are played on Sunday mornings.

This year we will be building on the core skills learnt from tag rugby and our tackling skills gained from the 2023/24 season. We have a great coaching base and are always on the look out for new players.

All coaches are DBS checked and have the relevant RFU qualifications. We also have a first aider with us at matches.
